Shipping Rates

All shipments within the Continental U.S. require a full street address for delivery by our normal carrier, UPS Ground. Deliver to P.O. boxes will be shipped by United States Postal Service. For orders outside the contiguous U.S., we use the USPS Postal Calculator to quote shipping prices. Please email or call us regarding shipping rates.

Shipping charges are determined by the purchase price per address according to the following chart:
